You can trust Fragrance House, I promise you that. You just can’t order and expect delivery within a few days. I ordered 2 of the same item for my sons on Feb 7th, and they were delivered on the 19th. I cancelled the one I ordered for myself as it hadn’t been dispatched by March 16th. I was told they were expecting stock, but it was just too long a wait. I believe they are 100% honourable. It’s not reasonable to wait indefinitely. The message was that stock was expected within days, without any promise that my choice would be included. They communicate well, so if you’re willing to wait for your bargain don’t hesitate to order.
Thanks for the review Kathryn and very sorry about the delay. We offer back orders on products when the brand has informed us that they have a delivery due to dispatch to our warehouse. Sadly in this instance that delivery was delayed due to a manufacturing problem with Molinard.
