Ombre Rose was unveiled at New York’s prestigious department store Bergdorf Goodman and became an instant hit with New York’s perfume lovers before it became a bestseller all over the world.
Ombre Rose L’Original features notes of aldehydes, peach, Brazilian rosewood, geranium, sandalwood, orris root, vetiver, ylang-ylang, lily-of-the-valley, cedar, rose, honey, orris, tonka bean, cinnamon, musk, vanilla and heliotrope
Ombre Rose is one of the “Classic” Haute Parfumerie, in the same way as fragrances like: “N°5” by Chanel, “Samsara” by Guerlain, “Opium” by Yves Saint-Laurent, ” Diorissimo” by Dior, “L’Air du Temps” by Nina Ricci, or even “Le Dix” by Balenciaga.
In recent years, Jean-Charles Brosseau has launched a predominantly floral feminine line entitled “Fleurs d’Ombre” (“Violette-Mint”, “Jasmin-Lilas”, “Rose”, “Nymphéa”, “Thé Poudré”, ” Héliotrope”), a men’s line entitled “Collection Homme” (“Thé Brun”, Atlas Cedar”, “Fruit de Bois”, “Bois d’Orient”), as well as 6 new “Ombres”: “Ombre Bleue”, ” Platinum Shadow”, “Oriental Shadow”, “Ruby Shadow”, “Azurite Shadow” and “Musky Shadow”.
