The parfum pays homage to the rose fields of Morocco visited by Edward Bodenham, the 9th generation of the Floris family in 2015. Edward was intrigued by how the rose can interpret the identity of its natural surroundings. He sought to explore this classic perfumer note in an entirely different environment of warmth, ardour and elegant splendour. Defined by no one, it is truly for you.

Each 100ml bottle is accompanied by the addition of a gold pen allowing you to complete the naming of the scent with the name or initials of the wearer. Adding this personal touch to your bottle making it an ultimate signature scent for yourself or a truly unique gift. The pen included with the fragrance is a specialist gold ink pen expertly designed in Japan with a focus on flowing, clean lines and the ink gives a rich, opaque look which will beautifully finish off your bottle if you do so desire.

A Rose For opens with the rich floral sweetness of darjeeling tea, sparkling cassis and undertones of sensually intense incense.  Rare and precious agarwood carries the caress of incense into the heart of creamy orris balanced by the magnificent depths of majestic red rose.  In the base the seductive gourmand touch of vanilla enhances the sweet touch of elegant sandalwood and patchouli’s woody, earthy, tones creating a stunning deep and intense trail.

How to use:

• For light intensity: spray in a cloud around your head and shoulders, let the fragrance fall gently around you.
• For medium intensity: spray in a y-shape across your body, beginning at one shoulder and finishing at the other. If you are wearing jewellery it is a great alternative to spraying your neck.
• For added intensity: apply perfume directly to your pulse points and / or hot spots (wrist, inner elbow and lower neck). Here the heat of your body will allow the fragrance to reveal its full trail. Include shoulders and back to intensify your perfume trail

Hold the fragrance approx 5 inches away and spray your skin, focusing on pulse points (neck, wrists etc) and/or spray generously in front of you and walk through for a full coverage. Don’t rub the fragrance in, as it will affect the trail.
